100 mile Cycle Ride

Now due to go ahead for 30th May to 1st June (delayed from Summer 2023 due to my broken arm) I’m planning on doing a sponsored cycle ride along the South Downs Way from Winchester to Eastbourne in 3 continuous days. This is a 100mile cycle ride with 3800 metres of ascent.
